NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 8, 2007) – Jason International, Inc., a leading manufacturer of hydrotherapy bath products, today introduced the LS640, an addition to its Designer Collection, that unites design flexibility with state-of-the-art hydrotherapy technology. The LS640 is available in three hydrotherapy options: soaking, whirlpool and combination air-whirlpool.

The classic and elegant Designer Collection is a blend of art and engineering, giving individuals the ability to select from a variety of hydrotherapy choices and design concepts.

“The LS640 has a clean and modern shape,” said Remo Jacuzzi, founder and president of Jason International. “The design melds some of the most popular design features from other Designer Collection baths into a new and unique rectangular bath.” Each Designer Collection bath is available in either the Standard Edition or Signature Edition. Standard Edition features include Jason’s Ergospatial™ Design, Sani-Design™ and Quiet Design™ technology. The Signature Edition adds amenities such as LED chromatherapy lights, ozone sanitation, digital controls and a new feature, a built-in sound system with a controller that is safe to use in the bath and floats for added convenience. Additionally, Jason International has introduced upgraded electronic controls for all Standard whirlpool and Signature whirlpool, airmasseur and air-whirlpool baths in the Designer Collection. The new user-friendly controls allow the consumer to have the latest bathing technology at their fingertips.

“The sound immersion speakers with our newly designed floating remote control will turn your bath into a liquid stereo of sound and vibration,” said Jeff Cunningham, vice president of engineering for Jason International. “The speakers use transducer technology to transmit vibration through the shell of the bath turning it into sound. Simply plug in your desired media device a, stereo, TV, Ipod with amplifier, and enjoy.” Also new to the Designer Collection are faucetry and shower products, including an Italian designed solid brass plated line consisting of a floor mounted bath filler, an exposed thermostatic shower set, an updated shower panel with large hand shower and body sprays, and a single lever lavatory faucet.
