Little Rock, Ark. (July 2012) – Jason International, Inc. (JASON) of Little Rock, Ark. announced that a licensing agreement has been reached with Balboa Water Group, Inc. (BWG) of Tustin, Calif. The agreement licenses Jason’s patented MicroSilk^® Technology for use in the spa/hot tub industry.

“Our agreement with BWG is an important step in the expansion of our MicroSilk^® technology into markets beyond those we serve ourselves,” explained Remo C.
