Installation Instructions

All Jason products are shipped with the appropriate Installation Instructions. If you have an Owner's Manual, the Installation Instructions are included. The Installation Instructions available below are for current products. If the Installation Instructions for your Jason product are not listed, contact Jason Customer Service at 800-255-5766 with the complete model number and serial number of your product.

The model and serial numbers can be located on the bath in one of these places: just above the motor on Whirlpool baths or just above the blower on AirMasseur® baths. They can also be found on the front page of the Owner's Manual or on the original invoice. The model number is also located on the shipping container. The serial number starts with an S and is followed by a series of 5-7 numbers. All Jason baths are tracked by the serial number allowing for more effective communication and service.
